CCR&R (Child Care Resource and Referral) is a free service offered by the Down East Partnership for Children assisting parents in finding quality child care. Parents who are interested in finding child care may call 252-985-4300. Parent Counselors are available to provide assistance in finding child care, after-school care, summer care, part-time care, or information on quality, etc. Referral lines and walk in services are available from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

Licensing Information

You may use our Online Referral Request Form to submit your referral request information. A parent counselor will contact you as soon as possible to discuss and address your child care concerns and needs.
