FOR ONE CHILD...FOR EVERY CHILD...FOR YOUR CHILD... At Down East Partnership for Children (DEPC), we understand that parenting is the hardest job you will ever love. We know that you want the best for your child and sometimes that means asking for information, support or help. Here's where we come in. DEPC provides support to parents through 3 Essential Programs: Child Care Resource & Referral, Family Resources & Child Care Subsidy. Many of these services are provided at the DEPC Family Resource Center located at 215 Lexington Street in Rocky Mount, NC. Other services are provided through programs funded in local agencies and organizations. Services and Programs for Parents -Child care information and referrals including school age (before and after school) programs -Child care scholarship -Individual family education and support -More at Four pre-kindergarten program -Parent information center -Playgroups -Special needs program for families who have a child with special needs, chronic illness or for families who have lost a child
